Real estate developer and stunt car driver Bobby Unser Jr., 41, was arrested early Saturday morning for allegedly driving drunk and possessing marijuana.
Unser Jr., the son of three-time Indianapolis 500 winner Bobby Unser, was pulled over on Corrales Road at about 3:30 a.m. after a Corrales police officer noticed his Chevrolet Suburban cross the center line. According to the police report of the incident, the officer administered a field sobriety test which Unser Jr. failed. He also refused to take a breath test saying, "I want my attorney first," the report states.
